Hi, I’m Kayla McCarron — the stylist behind KMC Studio. I’m 25 years old and have spent the last 3 years working in salons, learning different parts of the industry from assisting and front desk to growing my skills. While I may still call myself a “newbie,” I see that as one of my biggest strengths — I’m constantly learning, evolving, and bringing fresh energy into everything I do. KMC Studio was created to be more than just a hair appointment. I wanted to build a space that feels elevated, welcoming, and personal — where clients can relax, feel confident, and grow alongside me as I continue building my career. I’m passionate about creating lived-in, effortless hair that still feels luxurious and modern. Whether you’re coming in for a big transformation or just a refresh, my goal is always the same: healthy hair, honest conversations, and making you leave feeling like the best version of yourself. CANCELLATION POLICY
KMC Studio Cancellation Policy At KMC Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can best serve all guests, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 20% of the reserved service total. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. • Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled at my discretion to accommodate the remainder of the day’s appointments. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
